Dr. Jill Stein: Green Party Response to SOTU

It is a bit muffled with some feedback for the first few seconds, but it clears up.

Proud to have voted for her for President in 2012.

Americans want truth. They don't want a political egotist sideshow. Here's to hoping ALL voices will one day be heard in this debate in our country. Even with the SOTU you hear the president who represents one of the two moneyed parties and then you hear the other moneyed party respond in their usual let's keep everyone divided circle jerk. How refreshing to hear someone who really cares and is willing to give us the hard truth and reality with the solutions we can all be part of.

And how good it feels to say that free of political bullies who attack true freedom of speech!

  1. Every time I listen to her talk I am encouraged! It defies reason why we aren't doing these very easy, very simple fixes that she talks about; and I still believe that if we peons had voted her into the presidency the congress would have been too afraid to buck her out of fear we would vote them out too! And then there's always the story about LBJ and what he did to get Medicare passed ... those congressmen and senators that were considering voting against it were told by LBJ that if they actually did that they would lose their military bases to states that voted in favor of it! I now know the reason Obama doesn't USE his power is b/c he's completely in favor of the way this country is going!

  2. She gives me hope that one day we will have leadership that truly listens to the people. I know I will be out here doing what I can tot be part of that voice. And I agree, her being voted in as the first woman president would have turned this world on its ear and actually lent credibility to our Democratic process.
